Amanda Seyfried Selling Enchanting Manhattan Condo for $3.25M

“The Dropout” star Amanda Seyfried is ready to drop her Greenwich Village condo. The enchanting Manhattan apartment has come on the market for $3.25 million, according to Dirt.

Seyfried paid $1.9 million for the residence in 2010. She and her husband, Thomas Sadoski, have since moved to a larger place on the Upper West Side.

Located in a 1920s building, the two-bedroom, two-bath unit offers 1,585 square feet of living space.

The entry foyer comes with a coat closet, and the living room features a beamed ceiling, decorative fireplace, and built-in bookcases.

The Allentown, PA, native is best known for her roles in “Mean Girls” and the “Mamma Mia!” movies. Her portrayal of Marion Davies in the movie “Mank” earned her an Oscar nomination.

The 36-year-old most recently starred in “The Dropout,” the Hulu series about disgraced biotech founder Elizabeth Holmes.
